Nourish is proud to offer a variety of prenatal options tailored to your specific goals. Expectant parents are recommended to attend a private prenatal consult between 32 - 36 weeks gestation.
All of our services are available in person or via telehealth.
Prenatal Private Consult
These consults are private and between 1.5 - 2 hours long. During this consult, we evaluate any previous breastfeeding experience and medical history to develop an individualized lactation care plan. Additionally, we discuss the most important topics to get breastfeeding started off in the best way possible. This includes but is not limited to:
How birth affects lactation
How to induce lactation
Getting ready for the best start
Personalized alternative plans when things don't go well
What's normal and not, and red flags
Latching and positioning
Flange sizing
And anything particular to your specific situation, such as returning to work and managing pumping/bottles, or establishing supply with previous low supply history.
*Cash, check, and all forms of major credit cards are accepted.
*Deposit required. No show or Cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled time will be subject to 100% fee for the consult.
